Tips for a plumber CV
Show your licence and gas certificate
Write each licence and certificate exactly as it appears, with the country and year. Gas work usually needs its own certificate, so list it separately.
Say if you work in homes or businesses
Residential and commercial plumbing are different jobs. Say which you have done, and give an example of each.
List your materials and systems
Name the pipe materials, heating systems and boiler brands you know. Employers search for these words.
Mention your tools
Press-fit tools, drain cameras and pipe-freezing kits show you can work quickly. Only list tools you have used.
Keep it short and clear
Short bullet points about what you installed and repaired are easier to read than long paragraphs.
