Entity Information: Build AI CV is a digital platform registered under and operated by Red Migration FZC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Name and email address. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider (Firebase Authentication, a Google service); we never see or store it.
• CV and Professional Data: Contact details, work experience, education, skills, certifications, and any other information you input to build your resume.
• Media Content: Profile pictures, work photos, and links to your videos (we do not store video files).
• Payment Information: Transaction details processed via our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with our AI tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To generate resumes and cover letters.
• AI Processing: To provide intelligent content suggestions and image refinements using our AI models (powered by Google Gemini).
• Account Management: To manage your credits, plan status, and provide customer support.
• Compliance: To monitor for fraudulent activity and ensure adherence to our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted partners necessary for service delivery:

• Google Cloud/Firebase: For secure database storage, authentication, and private file storage.
• Google Gemini AI: Your professional input data is sent to AI models for content generation and refinement.
• Stripe: For secure processing of one-time Pro Pass and credit top-up payments.

Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how far a page is scrolled, which buttons and links are clicked, and the device, browser and country of a visit. Both services use cookies and similar technologies.

Microsoft Clarity also records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and session replays; text typed into form fields is masked. Clarity runs only on our public pages and blog. It does not run inside the CV builder (the editor, your saved CVs and your account). Microsoft may also use this data for advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not send your name, email address or the content of your forms to either service, and advertising features of Google Analytics are switched off. 5. UAE Data Protection Standards

As a UAE-registered entity (Red Migration FZC), we comply with applicable local data protection regulations, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

• Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile and CV data directly through the application.
• Data Portability: You can download your resume in PDF format at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our support team.
• Media Management: You can add or remove work photos and video links in your CV at any time.

7. International Data Transfers

Your account details, CVs and saved files are stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in Mumbai, India. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service that may store your email address and sign-in details in other countries.

When you use an AI feature, the text or photo you send is processed by Google's Gemini AI service, which may process it in other countries, such as the United States.

By using the Service, you consent to these transfers, which are protected by our providers' security measures.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for professional users and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
