What are credits?
Credits pay for AI help. Each AI action uses a set number of credits (see the table above). Building, editing, spell-checking and downloading your CV never use credits.
What happens when my pass ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep all your CVs, cover letters and unused credits, and you can still download any CV in the free templates (Classic and ATS Plain). CVs in Pro templates show "Renew to download in this template". If you have more than 3 saved CVs, you can still open, edit and download them all, but you can't save a new one until you're under 3, or you renew.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account for as long as it's open, even after a pass ends.
Can I download my CV for free?
Yes. On the Free plan you can download your CV as a PDF as often as you need in the Classic and ATS Plain templates (fair-use limits apply).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying, if you haven't used any AI credits or downloaded a CV in a Pro template since that purchase. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
