1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Build AI CV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Entity Information: Build AI CV is a digital platform registered under and operated by Red Migration FZC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Description of Service

Build AI CV provides an AI-powered resume building platform, cover letter generation, and professional PDF CV creation. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Plans, Payments, Credits & Refunds

• Plans. Build AI CV has a free plan and paid Pro Passes (30-day and 90-day). Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars.
• One-time payments. Pro Passes and credit top-ups are one-time payments. They are not subscriptions and never renew automatically. We will never charge you again unless you choose to buy again.
• Currency. You are charged in US dollars. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount and charge its own fees.
• Pass period. A pass starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts the number of days shown. If you buy a pass while one is active, the new days are added to the end of your current pass.
• AI credits. AI features use credits as shown in the app and on the Pricing page. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. They don't expire while your account is open, including after a pass ends. The number of credits an AI action uses may change; the current cost is always shown in the app.
• When a pass ends. You keep your account, all saved CVs and cover letters, and any unused credits, and you can download your CVs in the free templates. Pro templates, and saving more new CVs than the free plan allows, need an active pass.
• Refunds. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a purchase if you haven't used any AI credits or downloaded a CV in a Pro template since that purchase. We'll also refund you if a problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for. If an AI action fails, its credits are returned to you automatically. To ask for a refund, email support@buildaicv.com from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and the pass days and credits from that purchase are removed from your account. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The content generated by our AI (including resumes, profiles, and cover letters) is based on the data provided by the user.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or professional success resulting from AI-generated content.
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all content before submitting it to employers.
• The Service does not guarantee employment or interview calls.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Red Migration FZC. Users retain ownership of the personal data they input, but grant us a license to process this data to provide the requested services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Input or upload fraudulent, misleading, or malicious information.
• Abuse the AI systems or attempt to bypass usage limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Red Migration FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the application or via email. By continuing to access the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
